Mr Murray is the chief innovator and founder at Vision Igniters as well as the (CTO) Chief Technical Officer. He is the founder and visionary for Vision Igniters as it explores the latest hi-tech (KA) Knowledge Area of Brain Neuroscience. Thus he brings to bear not only passion as a Physicist but also his extensive experience and success in large software team development projects. This effort has also actualized his life long passion to help other understand and use these KA for the advancement of others by providing a leading edge training on brain performance enhancement training and practices. Recently he has had the privilege of sharing this performance enhancement knowledge with 100s of men in their walk with their loving God.

He has worked most of his professional life as an enterprise, hi-tech, dynamic database software developer. He has led many IT software teams doing design and management efforts to develop scratch software projects for over 30+ enterprise firms and for many billion dollar annual revenue firms.

The following are some brief high lights of his most visible achievements and efforts:

Toyota Motors, USA where he designed and developed their global parts distribution system that was written in FORTRAN and ran in 36 hours then completely re-written as a commercial product that ran in 3+ hours saving $millions by making this a more timely analysis forecasting application.

Toyota Motors, USA first Plans and Control Administrator while developing the mst comprehesive (SDLC) System Development Life Cycle computerized system know in the USA and Japan for Toyota global parts distribution that planned and tracked some 100_ professional developers.

Sr Management Consultant at KPMG based in Los Angeles, CA put traveling 100,000+ miles as Circulation System Operations Manager for some dozen newspaper firm in the USA and Canada. In particular, worked with USA Today to enhance their circulation system as they expanded nationwide.

Worked for Rockwell International in the Reliability and Safety Groups in support of the NASA Space Shuttle Operations. Developed a FEMA/CIL PC LAN, first of its kind LAN based PC system that accurately tracked and kept 70,000+ historical Problem Action reports saving 500,000+ annually while making reports to all of Rockwell, Downey, Houston, Florida engineers for the first of its kind of real-time system saving $10 million annual while improving the timely launch of NASA Space Shuttle as well as avoiding numerous launch delay issues and speeding up remedial and launch pad issues.

Proposed system design to build NASA’s (OMIS) Operation Management Information System using the latest LAN based while integrating dynamic databases and documentation PC systems to provide the most advanced real-time documentation and reducing the engineering approval cycle from 3-4 months to 10 days to support a more robust flight schedule while avoiding launch delays and increasing the annual number of flights using the same staffing level; savings estimated at about $100 million annually.

Innovated the (MBM) Mindful Bicycle Meditation practices at Vision Igniters for dynamically building brain cells and increase the brain performance in 7 different functional areas
